Cindy Goody McDonald's nutritionist:
"The real deal on nutrition at McDonald's is that all food fits into a healthy, active lifestyle..." she said. "It is the customer's responsibility to make choices from a varied menu", she added.
This bar chart shows the rates of obesity among US children between the ages of 6 and 19 over 30 years. Between 1971 and 2000 the rate increased about 10%.


This image shows you how many calories you can get for a dollar at various fast food restaurants. A large fry at McDonald's can give you 204 calories for only a dollar!


A fast food restaurant within about 500 feet of a school may lead to at least a 5% increase in the obesity rate at that school.

  1. You did a really good job on this. One thing to consider though is evoking ethos with a picture of a doctor or dietician who researches and writes about your topic.
